How to Embed Your Form

Copy your embed snippet from the client portal and follow the steps below for your website platform.

Your Embed Snippet

Log into your FormKnight portal, open your form, and click the Embed tab to copy your unique snippet. It looks like this:

Wix
Using the HTML embed element

    Open your Wix Editor and navigate to the page where you want the form to appear.
  2. 2
    Click the blue + Add Elements button on the left sidebar.
  3. 3
    Go to Embed Code โ†’ Popular Embeds โ†’ Embed HTML and drag it onto your page.
  4. 4
    Click Enter Code in the element, paste your embed snippet, and click Apply.
  5. 5
    Resize the element to fill the width of your page. Set the height to at least 900px. Click Publish.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Set the embed element width to 100% of the column and disable any padding on the surrounding section for a clean look.

Squarespace
Using a Code Block

    Open your Squarespace editor and navigate to the page where you want the form.
  2. 2
    Click the + to add a new block and select Code from the block menu.
  3. 3
    Paste your embed snippet into the code block. Make sure HTML is selected (not Markdown).
  4. 4
    Click Apply and then Save. The form will preview live in the editor.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: If you're on a Squarespace Personal plan, Code Blocks require upgrading to Business or higher.

WordPress
Using the Custom HTML block (Gutenberg)

    Open the page or post in the WordPress block editor where you want the form.
  2. 2
    Click the + to add a block, search for Custom HTML, and select it.
  3. 3
    Paste your embed snippet into the Custom HTML block.
  4. 4
    Click Preview to confirm the form loads, then Update / Publish the page.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Using Elementor or Divi? Add a HTML widget to your layout and paste the snippet there instead.

Webflow
Using an Embed element
  1. 1
    Open your page in the Webflow Designer and select the section where the form should appear.
  2. 2
    From the left panel, drag an Embed element (under Components) onto your canvas.
  3. 3
    Double-click the embed element, paste your snippet into the code editor, and click Save & Close.
  4. 4
    Set the embed element width to 100% and height to at least 900px in the Style panel. Publish your site.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Embed elements are only available on Webflow paid plans (Basic and above).
